Hello friends!
I wanted to let you know what Matt and I are going to be up to this summer. We are starting a mobile restaurant that travels to different southern oregon farms and ranches and serves their seasonal bounty: 5 courses, local wineries, and live music. The farms and ranches we have selected are beautiful and their products are amazing as well. A portion of the proceeds will be donated for Farm to School and Friends of Family Farmers. We are trying to highlight local food and it’s farmers and provide an educational experience that our guests will hopefully be inspired and moved to support their local food growers in their daily lives. Check out our website and our video. I would LOVE to see you at one of our dinners this summer and we may also be doing this in the willamette valley/hood river area this fall! I will let you know.
