We are a small culinary travel company that believes the best way to understand and appreciate another culture is through enjoying local food customs (and we just love to eat, drink and make merry!). With our tours, you become more than a tourist. We take you to meet the people who make the wine, create the meals, handcraft the cheese. These authentic experiences turn you into a traveler. Our tours are unique in that generally include a local food or wine festival into every tour, not only because it is delicious, but because Italian festivals are just plain fun. Delicious Sicily

Breathtaking scenery, vibrant cities, luscious red wines, ancient ruins, fabulous pasta, cannoli. What could be better? Delicious Sicily begins in Palermo and ends in Catania, taking in both coasts of this beautiful island. Rome and the Villages of Umbria

“A culinary tour of central Italy, we begin and end the tour in Rome, one of the best cities in the world to eat. We will take a foodie walking tour through the city to sample many of the city’s specialties, as well as check out highlights such as the Coliseum and the Vatican. Then we will depart for picturesque Umbria to experience rural life and medieval hilltop villages. Gourmet Piedmont
October 28th – November 4th, 2012
October is THE month to visit the gorgeous Piedmont region. We start in Turin and take you inside Slow Food’s biennial Salone del Gusto to sample delicacies from all over Italy (and the world). Then we will meander through the Langhe hills to visit cheese producers, wineries, pastry shops, and, learn how to make pasta and go on a truffle hunt!
