The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is an aviation museum which displays a number of military and civilian aircraft and spacecraft, most notably, the Hughes H-4 Hercules “Spruce Goose”. Other museum attractions include: Historic Aircraft Collection, Interactive Children’s Exhibits, Aircraft Presentations and Tours, Rotors, Wings, and a wine tasting on site.
Our next stop: Oregon’s Coastline is graced with unforgettable vistas: dramatic cliffs, offshore rocks and sea lions; wide sandy beaches; majestic capes; historic lighthouses; enchanted forests and lovely small beach towns which artists and artisans make their home.
On this coastal tour, we will take you to Pacific City, a story book beach town with many scenic views including beautiful shorelines and Haystack Rock. Enjoy lunch on the beach before our visit to Cape Mears State Park and its spectacular views of the dramatic Oregon Coastline.
Then we head to Tillamook Cheese Factory where you can see cheese being made in front of your eyes and you can sample a wide variety of cheeses, as well as taste the creamiest and freshest ice cream around.
Then we head back to Portland for a chance to freshen up before dinner and entertainment.
