The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is an aviation museum which displays a number of military and civilian aircraft and spacecraft, most notably, the Hughes H-4 Hercules “Spruce Goose”. Other museum attractions include: Historic Aircraft Collection, Interactive Children’s Exhibits, Aircraft Presentations and Tours, Rotors, Wings, and a wine tasting on site.

Our tour guide will give a brief recognition of key sponsor and review the tour Itinerary. While in route the guide will discuss some current events happening in Portland and share some history of Oregon Wine Country.
9:00am –11:00am The Evergreen Aviation
As we enter Evergreen Aviation Museum you can’t miss the beautiful landscape and fields of vineyards surrounding the museum. The view of the huge hanger and jets perched on a pedestal along the buildings. Enjoy a guided or self-guided tour through the Aviation Museum (Military Aircraft, Space flight, Helicopters, Firearms, Spruce Goose)

1:00pm Oregon Wine Tasting Tours

1:30pm- 2:30pm Erath Vineyard:
One of the oldest vineyard in Dundee and Oregon Wine history, “Erath wines are an expression of the land that the winery has cultivated for more than 40 years, longer than any other winery in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. The red, iron-rich Jory soils, combined with gentle breezes and warming sunshine of a marine climate, have bestowed upon Dundee a terroir of note. It has given rise to the handcrafting phenomenon, and the art of Pinot.
2:45pm- 3:45pm Penner Ash:
One of Oregon featured vineyard in many events around the United States. Penner Ash focuses exclusively on estate vineyards; Penner Ash is a family winery, the dream of long time Rex Hill winemaker Lynn Penner Ash and her husband, Ron Penner Ash. They founded the winery in 2000, made their first wines for the 2000 vintage, and planted eight acres of their estate vineyard in April of 2003.
4:00pm- 4:45pm Vidon Vineyards:
Vidon is a boutique winery on the vineyard practices minimal intervention in winemaking. The processes are gentle and natural with gravity used whenever possible to avoid pumping – meaning a forklift is often required. The grapes are picked by hand and delivered in small bins to the winery on the vineyard. The fruit is generally very clean when it arrives but it is hand-sorted again before passing into the de-stemmer and 1 ½ ton fermentation tanks. They are one of the 30 Oregon wineries that are part of the Carbon Neutral Initiative. The winery is insulated and is cooled and heated by an efficient heat pump system. They have installed solar panels and are working to become energy independent.
